HRBP works closely with business leaders and managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.Job DescriptionExperience Required: 12+ years’ experience with at least 5 years’ experience managing peopleEducation Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldJob ResponsibilitiesWork with the HR Director to develop and implement on HR Practices that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the organization.Streamline processes and systems to enhance overall Team Member experienceAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR & business to develop solutions, programs and policiesDevelop comprehensive approaches to employee onboarding, engagement, development and retention.Provide performance management guidance to line managers. Eg. coaching, counseling, career development and disciplinary actionsWork closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.Review HR documents and policies regularly and makes changes & updates to align with organizational objectivesImplement and drive a culture of learning and development in GEB by gathering needs, planning and coordinating for behavioral & leadership training.
