We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 5-6 inside sales representatives. You'll play a critical role in achieving ambitious sales goals for our software/services solutions across the US (North America, Canada), Middle East, and European markets.

Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Development:- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for assigned Region- Create and manage sales processes and workflows.- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.- Client Management:- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.- Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers.- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.- International Focus:- Manage a geographically dispersed team across US, Middle East, and European markets.- Understand cultural nuances and tailor sales strategies accordingly.- Work effectively across time zones.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 8-10 years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales.- Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Requirements :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse confidently with prospects and customers across diverse regions.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong leadership and coaching skills.- High energy, positive mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.- Work according to US time zone (Night Shift: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST)
