Job Title: Inside Sales & Business Development Coordinator

Locations: Kukatpally, Hyderabad & Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Coordinator to generate leads, engage clients, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making cold calls, handling client outreach, and converting leads into opportunities in the IT services and staffing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and qualify leads.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage sales pipelines and track progress using CRM tools.

Work closely with the sales team to close deals and meet targets.

Requirements:

Must be comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.

5+ years of experience in inside sales or business development.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in IT services or staffing is a plus.
