This is a founding-team level position with full responsibility for building, managing and scaling the sales operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the complete sales funnel from consultation to conversionBuild, coach, and scale a high-performing sales teamDrive GTM initiatives across inbound, outbound and partnership channelsUse science-backed communication to influence patient decisionsCollaborate with founders, doctors, and product teams to improve processesMonitor performance metrics, refine scripts, and optimise conversionsSet and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targetsWho You Are3 to 7 plus years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development Experience in HealthTech, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, or Pharma (preferred) Strong ability to convert consultations into paid subscriptions Excellent communication and empathy Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work in fast-moving environments Bonus: interest or background in nutrition, obesity care, coaching or GLP-1Why Join EarlyFitIndustry Momentum: GLP-1 is the fastest growing category in global healthcare.
