About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Training Center Manager to lead our Shivamogga training center. This role combines center operations, student outreach, and marketing to ensure our programs reach and inspire as many learners as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and manage 2 to 6-week training programs in Generative AI, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, AI-ML, Blockchain, VR, Mobile App Development, Web App in MERN, and Digital Marketing
  • Engage with local colleges, institutions, and community groups to generate enrollments
  • Oversee daily center operations, class schedules, and trainer coordination
  • Create and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
  • Provide an excellent experience for students from inquiry to course completion

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Kannada & English (spoken and written)
  • Strong marketing, communication, and public relations skills
  • Experience in education, training, or community engagement is preferred
  • Proficiency with social media and basic office tools
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
