Personal Executive Assistant to the Director/Founder

About the Role:

We're seeking for a proactive, well-organized personal office secretary to assist our director. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and ensure that the Director's Day is both productive and fruitful. This role includes handling communications, attending to personal requirements, and always remaining available to assist with various responsibilities.



Requirements

You are expected to:

·Organize and maintain the founder's schedule, ensuring optimal time management.

· Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

· Act as the primary point of contact for the founder's professional correspondence, including drafting, reviewing and manage emails and other communication. Facilitate smooth communication and ensure timely follow-ups.

·Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport.

·Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for deadlines on behalf of the founder.

·Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs as needed.

·Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

·Perform ad hoc tasks and Personal errands as required.

You will be a Great fit, if you have:

·2-3 years in a similar role supporting C-level executives or senior management.

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

·Excellent verbal and written communication. Shorthand/Stenography will be an added advantage.

·Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

·Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.

·Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

·Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
