Job Overview : We are seeking a visionary and experienced Assistant Creative Director specializing in Video Editing to lead our creative content production. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to oversee the entire video production process. This role involves managing and collaborating with video editors, graphic designers, and other creatives to produce compelling video content across multiple platforms and for a variety of formats including digital marketing campaigns, corporate videos, branded content, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing Background : Experience in video editing or production, with a good understanding of storytelling through visuals.
•
Creative Vision:
Ability to conceptualize and develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
•
Storytelling Skills : Strong understanding of storytelling techniques, particularly in visual formats, to drive engagement.
•
Familiarity with GenAI Tools : Basic knowledge of GenAI tools used for creating animated assets and sketches.
•
Creative Collaboration Skills : Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, taking direction from Creative Directors while contributing creative ideas.
•
Adaptability : Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in video production, advertising, or digital media.
• Proven track record of creating engaging content for various platforms, particularly in promotional contexts.
Skills:

Support Creative Directors:
Assist the CD in producing GenAI assets by following creative briefs and implementing feedback during the editing process.
•
Editing Variations:
Work on creating different variations of GenAI promos based on guidelines provided by the CD, focusing on elements like powerful openings and cliffhangers.
•
Concept Development : Collaborate with the MGE to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for variations of the base asset.
•
Narrative Crafting : Focus on crafting compelling storylines that enhance the impact of the promotional asset.
•
AI Image Generation : Utilize AI tools to create additional images that fit new narratives and enhance visual storytelling.
•
Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine concepts and improve final outputs.
•
Collaboration with MGE : Work closely with the Senior Motion Graphics Editor to ensure that creative visions are realized in the final product.

Performance Analysis : Analyze audience engagement metrics to inform future creative decisions and strategies.
