Role Description

This is a full-time role for Freshers in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, and Biochemistry. The role is on-site and located in Bengaluru. Day-to-day tasks will include laboratory work, performing analytical tests, quality control processes, operating laboratory equipment, and participating in research and development (R&D) activities. The position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • M.Sc. in Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or closely related life sciences fields.
  • Recent graduates or candidates awaiting final semester results are welcome.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Basic microbiological techniques (culture preparation, aseptic handling, plating).
    • Knowledge of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, etc.).
    • Understanding of biochemical assays and analytical methods.
      • Soft Skills:
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
      • Good documentation and record-keeping habits.
      • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup R&D environment.
        • Other Requirements:
        • Willingness to work in lab and pilot plant conditions.
        • Positive, problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset.
