Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role goes beyond execution, we're seeking someone who can take ownership, lead from the front, and ensure all key marketing functions are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and working knowledge across SEO, email marketing, social media, paid ads, and content marketing. You should be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, managing day-to-day marketing tasks, and pushing initiatives forward with minimal handholding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and increase qualified website traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to support content planning, creation, and distribution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Take full ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across channels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the marketing function, managing internal communications and workflow.

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team or collaborate cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership and make independent decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
