Job Description

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of client projects internally, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Act as the liaison between the client and various departments to facilitate seamlessproject execution.
- Responsible for client meetings, project briefings, presentations, client retention, and fostering relationships with key contacts within the clients organization, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Conduct market and category research, building knowledge of the clients industryto provide strategic insights that help the client stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and standards.
- Contribute to the development, assessment, and refinement of marketing communication plans, tactics, and concepts.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience
- Education: Graduate in Business Management/ Marketing/ Mass Communication or a related field required.
- Ability to multi-task
- Collaborative skills
