Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate B2C Inbound Sales Executive who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their learning needs, and closing high-value enrolments. If you have a knack for consultative selling, love the challenge of high-performance targets, and want to be part of a fast-growing EdTech brand—this role is for you

 

Responsibilities

✔️ Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails to convert into enrolments

✔️ Follow-Ups & Engagement: Proactively follow up with potential learners to maximize enrolments

✔️ Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Work towards ambitious revenue and enrollment goals

✔️ CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline, and conversions

✔️ Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings, customer pain points, and industry trends

✔️ Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs, recommend the right trainings, and handle objections effectively


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years in sales industry
  • At least 2 years B2B, B2C Sales experience in EdTech / Training
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Never Give-up Attitude to achieve target
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience (ex., Zoho) is preferred
