About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated
Inbound Sales Specialist – Enterprise
to manage and convert high-value inbound leads into long-term customers. This role focuses on engaging with enterprise-level prospects, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and qualify
    inbound inquiries
    from enterprise prospects via calls, emails, and product demos.
  • Understand client requirements and map them to our product/solution offerings.
  • Conduct discovery calls and present customized demos to senior decision-makers.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders to guide them through the buying journey.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams for smooth onboarding and handover.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for conversions and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline details in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback from enterprise clients to improve sales strategies and product positioning.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in
    B2B SaaS/Tech sales
    is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • 2-3 years of experience in
    inbound/inside sales
    with a focus on
    enterprise clients
    .
  • Proven track record of handling
    longer sales cycles
    and engaging C-level executives.
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into solutions.
