Role Overview
As an
Inbound Party Sales Executive
, you will be the first point of contact for potential guests, guiding them through the booking process, recommending the right packages, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the Breakout standard of excellence. This role combines sales, relationship management, and customer experience — with the opportunity to play a key part in shaping memorable celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound party and event inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable packages
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maintain a strong pipeline
- Build relationships with schools, corporates, and event planners for recurring business
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions
- Negotiate and close bookings professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide reports and insights on performance and trends
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or event management (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Organized with strong follow-up abilities
- Comfortable working on weekends and holidays (peak business periods)
- Familiar with CRM tools and digital platforms
- Willing to commit to a 2-year tenure
Compensation
- Annual CTC:
₹3,30,000 – ₹4,50,000 - Fixed Pay:
₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 - Variable Pay:
₹30,000 – ₹90,000 (performance-based incentives)

- First 30 Days:
Learn the Breakout culture, tools, and offerings while shadowing experienced team members. - Next 30 Days:
Manage leads independently, convert bookings, upsell packages, and contribute ideas to enhance the customer journey.
