_Key Responsibilities: _
Receive/Cater inbound calls to promote and sell the product/service
Handle customer needs and requirements
Correspond with customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product/service
Respond and resolve customer inquiries
Ensure customer follow-up all the time

Higher Secondary/ Graduation (not mandatory)
Excellent command over English
Flexibility to work in night shift (Mon to Fri only)
Adaptability to work in a startup environment
Experience of working in any international call center or sales role
