Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Representative – Zoho Verticals, based on-site in Bengaluru. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of Zoho-related services and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with 4-5 years of sales experience, to drive sales and build strong client relationships within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of Zoho products (such as Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, etc.), and the ability to engage with clients to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:  

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients for Zoho products and services through research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.  

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Zoho solutions to address pain points.  

Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, including demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.  

Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Zoho's product suite to effectively articulate value propositions and benefits to clients.  

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system (preferably Zoho CRM).  

Collaboration: Work closely with the implementation and support teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and post-sale satisfaction.  

Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position Zoho solutions effectively.  

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction.  

Cadence Calls & Follow-Ups: Schedule and conduct regular follow-up calls with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:  

Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in Zoho-related products.  

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoho's suite of products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) is a strong plus.  

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage the sales cycle, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.  

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.  

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.  

Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.  

CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) for pipeline management and reporting.  

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience selling Zoho products.
