">Job Description- Leadership and Customer Business Development:
As a Bancassurance Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads from assigned banks through various channels across Life Insurance and Health Insurance companies. Your primary goal is to cross-sell financial products to bank customers, drive customer business development, and manage customer relationships.
The employment arrangement will be under the payrolls of the insurance company. You will schedule appointments with customers, assess their life-related investment needs and insurance requirements, recommend suitable products, gain agreement to purchase, and complete sales documentation accurately.
It's preferred that candidates have experience in Life/Health/General Insurance. You'll acquire customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
Additionally, you'll ensure timely policy issuance by coordinating medical reports and explore opportunities to develop new markets/segments in line with the company's sales strategy.
Support other Relationship Managers and bank sales teams through coaching on products, services, and selling skills; accompany them on client visits and demonstrate effective behavior.
Required Candidate ProfileEssential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
- Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals are eligible.
- Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
- Graduation is required.
- Strong track record and employment stability are essential.
