Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the engagement team in planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilations to provide world-class client service.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of audit engagements from staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion.
  3. Provide supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.
  4. Collaborate with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for any legal, regulatory, or accounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.
  5. Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines.
  6. Conduct constructive discussions with team members on their evaluations and provide counsel accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Master's; CPA preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, including experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the organization well to clients.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills.
