Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Territory Assistant Manager - Sales to oversee Client Satisfaction across all projects in their territory. This key role will be instrumental in developing and executing the Livpreneur success strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and meet demand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets by defining scope, conducting interior estimations, and connecting customers with service partners based on customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include visiting customer sites with service partners to finalize scope and quotes, as well as meeting regularly with Livpreneurs to address concerns and provide support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Satisfaction: Own client satisfaction of all projects across the territory
  • Livpreneur Success Strategy: Develop and execute the Livpreneur success strategy in the territory
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right steps are taken to drive growth and meet demand
  • Territory Growth: Enable Livpreneurs to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Sales Support: Define scope, conduct interior estimations, and connect customers with service partners based on customer requirements
  • Customer Support: Visit customer sites with service partners to finalize scope and quotes
  • Regular Meetings: Meet regularly with Livpreneurs to understand and solve their concerns
