International Sales Leader – Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic International Sales Leader to spearhead business development initiatives for our BPO services across Asia (India, Philippines, Australia) and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue growth targets by positioning our BPO and CX solutions as best-in-class offerings in the global outsourcing market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and market expansion strategy for target regions (Asia and Middle East).Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, and technology.Build and nurture C-level relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solutions, and operations teams to design tailored outsourcing solutions that meet client needs.Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform go-to-market strategies.Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and market insights to leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the BPO / outsourcing / contact center industry.Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients across Asia or the Middle East.Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and buyer behavior.Strong network of decision-makers and influencers in target industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Preferred Experience:Experience establishing regional sales operations or channel partnerships in new markets.Exposure to digital transformation, AI, automation, and CX innovation trends within the outsourcing industry.Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Mandarin) is an advantage.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT QUALFON is an equal opportunity employer.
