Join our growing Operations team as a Last Mile Executive, where you'll play a key role in driving seamless B2B and B2C deliveries.About the Role:As a Last Mile Executive, you’ll coordinate last mile dispatches, monitor delivery performance, resolve on-ground issues, and work closely with delivery partners to ensure high service levels. This is a critical role ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily dispatches with 3PL and internal fleet teamsMonitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve exceptions/escalationsEnsure timely pickups/deliveries as per SLAsSupport route planning and suggest on-ground improvementsCollaborate with warehouse and customer service teams for smooth order flowMaintain MIS reports and support performance dashboard creationAssist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor performance reviewsWhat We're Looking For:2–6 years of experience in last mile logistics, dispatch, or delivery operationsPrior exposure to e-commerce, FMCG, or 3PL operations preferredFamiliarity with GPS tracking, route optimization tools, and MS ExcelStrong coordination and communication skillsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailWillingness to travel locally (up to 20%) for field supervisionWhat We Offer:A fast-paced, high-growth work environmentExposure to the latest logistics tech toolsCross-functional collaboration with internal teams and partnersA culture of ownership, agility, and performanceReady to own the last mile and drive real impact?
