About the Role:
We're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. The resource should have worked with at least 4 D2C brands (e-commerce) in his career and should have also worked on leadgen/conversion based campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and optimise client performance marketing campaigns across Search & social channels.

2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and develop data-driven strategies.

3. Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.

4. Communicate campaign results effectively to clients in a clear and concise manner.

5. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

6. Manage and mentor a small team of performance marketers.

**Qualifications**:
4+ years of experience in performance marketing primarily with D2C brands or in an agency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Have managed budgets above 5 lacs (In individual ad account).

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
