We are on the lookout for an insanely creative Copywriter to work with a leading International digital advertising agency and grab the exciting opportunity to work on global brands and win awardsThe Copywriter responsible for all creative produced for one or more brands, depending on the size. The Creative Copywriter must be certain that all creative produced meets the standards set by the agency and the client, in addition, the Creative Supervisor is hands-on, and does an appropriate proportion of writing as well.Specifically, the Copywriter has the following responsibilities:Team with Copywriters to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaignsTake on appropriate writing projects and own them, start to finishKnow the product data and claims, and those of the competition, inside outManage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projectsEstimate creative hoursParticipate in client meetings and presentationsAttend market research as appropriateShare responsibility with planning to shape strategic brandingManage workloads to maximize productivity of the creative team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable.Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews, and ongoing feedback on the performance of the creative team (written when requested)Lead the creative team in development of concepts and execution of all projects from conception to completionDemonstrate to clients that you understand and appreciate their products and their marketing challenges and are responsive to their strategic and creative needsRepresent the agency at client meetings and social events as requiredUnderstand and represent agency positioning, philosophy, and processes.Qualifications:2+ years of agency experienceA proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing creative writers, availability to travel and the commitment to go the extra mile, in time and effort to produce the very best workInterested candidates please mail us your resume at hello@whizzhr.comWarm regards,Sairose MosaniWe Whizz for you
