Overview
Pre qualifying the prospective customer by out calling oremailing them and understanding their coverage requirement andconnecting them to the right producer
How you'll make animpact
- LeadGeneration: Identify potential clients through various channelssuch as cold calling, emailing , referrals, networking, and onlineresearch.
- SalesSupport: Collaborate with the producers to provide ongoing supportduring the sales process, including answering client queries,addressing objections, and negotiatingterms.
- Documentation: Prepare accurate and detaileddocumentation of client interactions, proposals, and salesactivities in the CRMsystem
- Reporting & MIS
Aboutyou
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales,pre-sales, or related roles is highly desirable. Familiarity withinsurance products & basic of underwritingprocesses
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively present insurance solutions,negotiate terms, and build relationships with clients andstakeholders.
- SalesAcumen: A proven track record of achieving sales targets, buildingclient relationships, and closing deals isbeneficial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively ina team environment, build rapport with clients, and adapt tochanging market dynamics.
- TimeManagement: Strong organizational and time management skills toprioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clientengagementssimultaneously
- Anyunder/Graduate or PostGraduate
- Minimum 2 year experience in B2B sales / lead generationin international process
