• Fundraising and Resource Mobilization:
• Lead efforts in securing funding or sponsorship for CSR programs by identifying and engaging potential donors, partners, or investors.
• Explore innovative financing models to support CSR initiatives.
• Program Development:
• Work closely with internal teams to design and implement CSR projects that align with business goals and social responsibility objectives.
• Ensure that CSR projects are measurable and deliver a clear return on investment (ROI), both financially and socially.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the CSR landscape.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote CSR initiatives internally and externally.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainable Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development, CSR, sustainability, or related areas.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and secure funding for CSR or social impact programs.
• Strong understanding of CSR frameworks and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, ISO 26000).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to drive CSR efforts.
• Passion for social impact and sustainable business practices.
