This will range from assisting with everyday tasks, such as providing access/ bookings of Sporting and Musical events like Wimbledon, UEFA Champions Leagues, Cricket World cup, Taylor Swift, Coldplay. Planning exclusive events, parties, restaurant reservations, chauffeurs and taxis, theatre tickets and hotel bookings, to accessing event tickets, sourcing limited edition items and organizing trips once in a lifetime experiences.ROLE: ELITE LIFESTYLE MANAGERLOCATION: AHMEDABADMIN EXP: 4 - 5 YEARSREMUNERATION: AS PER INDUSTRY STANDARDSJOINING: IMMEDIATEKEY ROLES:Providing excellent customer service to Members over the phone and in personConducting research and putting together proposalsLiaising with suppliers on behalf of MembersMaintaining accurate log of Member data in CRMRepresenting “The Celestial” at networking eventsMeeting individual and team KPIsAcquiring new UHNI clientsKEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Preferred background: Events / Hospitality / Luxury brands / UHNW Individuals Servicing.A good network of Agencies and agents of Luxury products/servicesExcellent written & oral communication skills in English and HindiExceptional attention to detailCreative problem solvingAbility to work towards strict deadlines and under pressureStrong online research skillsA 'Can-Do' attitudePassionate about customer relation buildingStrong work ethicsSelf-StarterContact details :CHAYAN MAITI - 9824677498chayan@thecelestial.co.in
