Job DescriptionInteract with customers via telephone and chat, building genuine rapport and understanding their Jewelry preferences and requirements.Conduct detailed consultations to recommend suitable jewelry designs products that align with the customer's style and requirement.Develop an in-depth understanding of Aurus and MOI offeringsCraft compelling sales pitches that showcase luxury of Aurus and MOI products, emphasizing quality, design, and value.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the customer's shopping experience.Guide customers through the ordering process and xcollaborate with the order processing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.Gather customer feedback and insights regarding products sharing valuable input with the product development and marketing teams.Stay up-to-date with jewelry industry trends and fashion influences.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is a plus.Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.Fashion-forward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and problem-solving abilitiesAbout the brandA tight-knit group of passionate dreamers.Rooted in craft and design, Aurus and Moi is our worldview on design in general and history in particular, through a range of fine jewelry.
