Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven client partner to join our team at Maven Workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
  • Understand client needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Drive client engagement through regular check-ins, updates, and feedback sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant services.
  • Manage client satisfaction by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with business and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work on B2B business development and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in customer/client relationship management in staffing/recruitment setup.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, engagement, and upselling.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Highly professional with a client-first mindset.
