**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This role involves handling professional client communication via emails, calls, and virtual/in-person meetings. Key responsibilities include scheduling and following up on client meetings, ensuring timely reminders and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong follow-up processes with potential and existing clients, assist in closing deals and onboarding new clients, and maintain company profiles on various government and private RFP portals. Proficiency in AI tools for document preparation, data handling, communication, and follow-ups is also essential.

**Requirements:**

  • MBA Degree in any stream
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Confident personality, especially in client interactions
  • Ability to work independently with self-motivation and under pressure
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset and positive attitude
