Hiring: Client Partner/ Business relationship manager with a proven track record of managing & growing the IBM account

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Partner /Sales with a proven track record of managing and growing the IBM account. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in account management, client relationship development, and strategic sales within the IT/Technology services industry, specifically interfacing with IBM stakeholders

Location: Noida, Sector 62 – Ithum Tower (Onsite) Natsoft / Hyderabad Onsite / USA

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic account plan to grow the IBM relationship and drive revenue.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within IBM globally and across various service lines.

Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at IBM.

Coordinate internally with delivery, solutioning, and leadership teams to align proposals with client needs.

Lead end-to-end business development efforts, including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.

Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the IBM account.

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging needs within IBM's ecosystem.

Maintain and regularly update pipeline, forecasts, and account progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in business development or account management roles in the IT services/technology sector.

Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience managing the IBM account.

Strong understanding of IBM's organization, procurement process, and technology focus areas.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets within large enterprise accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field (MBA is a plus).

Background in selling services such as cloud, digital transformation, AI/ML, and managed services.

Existing network within IBM's procurement and leadership teams.
