Location: Agra.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inbound/outbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential opportunities.
- Explain product/service offerings effectively and persuasively.
- Schedule demos/meetings for senior sales or close deals directly (as applicable).
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records with accurate and timely updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of inside sales or telesales experience (B2C or B2B).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
