We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of gemstones, jewelry costing, and global market trends, with a proven track record of handling B2B clients, especially in the USA and UK markets. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and relationship-building abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand client base and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with jewelry wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and corporate clients, focusing primarily on USA & UK markets.
  • Handle client negotiations, pricing, and contracts while ensuring profitable margins.
  • Prepare customized proposals, catalogs, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, order processing, and after-sales service.
Marketing Strategy:
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor international jewelry market trends and competitors, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design & production teams to create collections based on client demand and market trends.
  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, lookbooks, digital content) tailored for B2B clients.
Product & Cost Knowledge:
  • Have a deep understanding of various gemstones, metals, jewelry types, and grading systems.
  • Accurately calculate product costing, pricing strategies, and maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Advise clients on gemstone quality, sourcing, and design suitability based on their requirements.
Communication & Reporting:
  • Maintain regular communication with international clients, ensuring high service standards.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to fulfill B2B orders efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B sales & marketing within the jewelry/gemstone industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gemstones (diamonds, colored stones, etc.), jewelry production, costing, and quality standards.
  • Proven experience in handling USA & UK markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English.
  • Strong understanding of global jewelry trends, luxury branding, and B2B sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
Preferred:
  • Existing network of jewelry B2B clients in the USA & UK.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools.
