Job Title: Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative

Experience Level: 1-2 years in appointment setting / outbound sales

Working Hours: Flexible shifts (US Time Zone)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:

  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and . Set up meetings between prospective clients.

Client Engagement:

  • Initiate contact with key decision-makers within target organizations, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges related to IT services.

Research & Qualification:

  • Conduct research on prospective clients to identify potential business opportunities, understand their organizational structure, and determine key pain points that can be addressed by our IT solutions.

Lead Nurturing:

  • Follow up on existing leads and opportunities, nurturing relationships to ensure meetings are scheduled and maintained.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with Account manager to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, providing them with detailed insights to ensure successful sales conversions.

Achieve Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and appointment-setting goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the sales team.

Reporting & Insights:

  • Provide regular updates on lead generation, outreach activities, and outcomes, helping refine sales strategies and processes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, ideally within an IT services, technology, QA companies or SaaS environment, with a focus on appointment setting and lead qualification.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Sales Tools:

  • Experience using Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement platforms.

Tech-Savvy:

  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Goal-Oriented:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets in a sales development role.

Self-Motivated:

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
