Job Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Compunnel Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and qualifying potential customers
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION MAKERS AND INFLUENCERS
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM

You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a result-driven approach. Prior experience in selling AI tools in the North America region is a must.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Prospecting: Identify & Map the right target accounts & POCs

Lead Generation: Perform various sales outreach methodologies to engage and schedule new meetings

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers & influencers. Provide exceptional service and maintain regular communication with prospects & clients.

Sales Target: Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets & quotas

Reporting: Adept in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, leads & opportunities in the CRM.
