Experience Required:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Preference will be given to those with experience in BPO or the service industry.

Work Location: Gurgaon

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (24x7 support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical troubleshooting support over the phone to Intermedia's global customer base.
  • Handle basic technical assistance queries related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Competencies:

  • Networking: Basic to intermediate understanding of networking concepts.
  • Computer Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Operating Systems: Working knowledge of Windows and macOS, as well as mobile operating systems like Android and iOS.

Essential Skills:

  • Communication: Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues efficiently. Must handle sensitive customer information with care.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrates empathy and patience, even in challenging situations. Builds rapport with customers and maintains a courteous, energetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Learning Orientation: Continuously seeks to stay updated on relevant products, services, and technologies. Asks thoughtful questions aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
