Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at our Mumbai location. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. Daily tasks include supervising sales activities, coordinating with the marketing team, analysing sales data, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach the sales team.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in Retail Sales
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Experience in fashion retail is a plus
