Job DescriptionWe are hiring a responsible and energetic Operations, HR & Back Office Executive to manage coordination, HR activities, client follow-ups, documentation, and basic social media understanding for Running Water Creative Studio.This role requires excellent communication skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.Key Responsibilities2️⃣ Operations & Back Office WorkDaily task follow-up with designers & team members.Maintain project sheets, client updates & status trackers.Coordinate with clients for timely feedback and submissions.Prepare reports, quotations, and documentation.Handle office admin tasks, vendor coordination & office supplies.Assist management in day-to-day operations.3️⃣ Social Media & Brand Awareness (Basic Required)Should know how Instagram & Facebook work.Coordination with social media team for posting schedules.Understanding of brand visuals, trends & content style.Assist in content planning and basic online communication.📌 Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English).Strong organisational & follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of social media & brand awareness.Good command on MS Office / Google Sheets.Positive attitude, responsible, and quick learner.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.📌 EligibilityAny graduate.Freshers welcome (training will be provided).Must be comfortable with on-site work (Mon–Sat).⏰ Work TimingMonday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (On-site only)📩 How to ApplySend CV + Answer to mandatory question: 📧 Contact@rwcreativestudio.com 📞 +91-9616243278
