
ServiceNow Developer – Order Management

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer (Order Management) to support a large-scale ServiceNow transformation project. The focus will be on designing and implementing Order Management and Delivery processes in ServiceNow, leveraging the OM product. You will work closely with solution specialists, business analysts, technical experts, and a solution architect to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enhancements and review existing designs identified during UAT phases.
- Implement ServiceNow OM and CSM modules, including:
- Simple and complex order capture and orchestration.
- Integrations with SPM & CSM processes.
- Third-party tool integrations via APIs and Integration Hub.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and technical leads to ensure best practices in design and development.
- Translate user stories into ServiceNow features with minimal customization.
- Contribute to prototyping and solution design leveraging native ServiceNow capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including:
- Minimum 3 years with Order Management (OM).
- Strong expertise in:
- Service Catalog definition and setup.
- Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
- ServiceNow Platform features, CMDB, CSM, ITSM, SPM, and CSDM.
- Portal management and customization.
- API integrations with third-party tools (scripted APIs, Integration Hub).
- Experience in designing and prototyping solutions.
- Knowledge of sales and ordering processes (SPM knowledge is a plus).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication: able to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to project needs.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong team spirit.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Ergonomics, or a related field (Bac+5 ideally).
