Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Solar Rooftop, your role involves identifying potential Channel Partners, dealers, and system integrators in the targeted territory. Your primary responsibility will be strategizing maximum market penetration through these partners. You will create a strong channel network by appointing potential Channel Partners and dealers, ensuring the expansion of the channel network in the respective territory. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard potential Channel Partners, dealers, and system integrators - Build and maintain a strong channel network for maximum market penetration - Generate leads and conduct customer visits to establish and nurture relationships - Convert leads into revenue generation through effective sales solutions - Manage end-to-end sales processes including customer visits, preparing techno-commercial offers, negotiations, and conversion of prospects into channel partners or dealers Qualifications Required: - BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics - 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales - Good communication and analytical skills - Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with partners - Knowledge and understanding of Grid Tied Inverter/Solar Module business - Experience in selling Grid Tied Inverter/Solar module to domestic and commercial rooftop segments - Solutions-oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills - Self-directed, result-oriented, disciplined, and passionate about achieving targets - Self-motivated team player willing to travel as per business requirements In addition to a competitive salary package ranging from 5 to 8 LPA, you will benefit from health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
