About the Company : We are seeking a Sourcing Executive to manage and engage channel partners for our residential & commercial projects in Hinjewadi and Wakad. The role focuses on driving sales through effective partner on-boarding, relationship management, and market engagement.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers.
  • Conduct meetings, trainings, and project briefings for partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement.
  • Share timely project updates, offers, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for support materials and information.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate site visits and assist in closing deals with partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and explore new ones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and documentation standards.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in channel sales within the real estate sector.
  • Preferred Background: Experience working with reputed developers in Hinjewadi and Wakad markets.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Other: Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel partner engagement.
