With over 60 successful solutions delivered in 10 countries and 12 industry verticals, we prioritize quality, speed, and lasting technical architectures.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at MarsDevs. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market research, planning promotional activities, and constant communication with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skillsStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesExperience in client relationship managementKnowledge of digital product development and technology industry of at least 7 yearsMust have led a team of BDEs or SDRsAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience with CRM software is a mustMust be great at proposal and contract management. Must be able to write great business proposals with attention to details to terms and conditionsMust be able to leverage various tools for lead generationMust be able to track performance of the team and reportingMust have worked in the international marketMust have led a team of BDEs or SDRs for at least 5 yearsAt least 7 years of experience in IT Services company like MarsDevsExperience in closing sales dealsExperience in sales teams that convertMust have experience across various domainsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
