Role: Senior Manager – Business Development About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager to lead business expansion for our services in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and market expansion, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to expand services across geographies and segments, identify new opportunities, and achieve revenue targets through lead generation, negotiations, and closures.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and partners, offering tailored BIM solutions and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Market Analysis & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility.
Collaboration & Team Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and presentations, leading and mentoring the business development team to meet sales goals. Required Skills:
Experience: 15-20 years in business development or sales within BIM, AEC, or construction.
BIM Knowledge: Strong understanding of BIM workflows and software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Proven Track Record: Success in revenue generation, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to engage with C-level executives and industry leaders.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Expertise in identifying new business opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies.
