Responsibilities

- Daily Goods receipt in SAP, basis full documents in line with
company policy
- Ensure daily Sales Invoicing & E-way bill generation at plant
level for FG
- Responsible for Scrap sales at plant level
- Ensure adequate availability of RM, PM at plant
- Quarterly company assets monitoring
- Verification of JW bills and submit to Mfg. team for validation.

 Inventory Management

- Daily monitoring of RM, PM and FG Inventory at plant
- Ensure monthly stock audit at plant as per company policy
- Monitor and raise monthly approval note
expired/damaged/shortage inventory after discussion with
SCM team.
- Responsible for Sample billing as per policy
- Highlight shortage received at plants in RM PM.

 Production Process

- Responsible for submission of Daily Commercial MIS to Head
office.
- Ensure FIFO Batch management at plant level during
production process
- Plant claim validation
- Ensure to maintain production records as per company SOP's

 Essential Skill Set

- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively both in verbal as well as written communication.
- Good working knowledge in SAP
- Prior experience in Inventory Management
- Strong Plant accounting Skills
