What will you be doing?▷ Educate customers on upgrades, new features, and best practices to meet their goals.
▷ Create and share webinars, tutorials, and articles to address common issues.
▷ Resolve customer issues quickly and escalate complex cases when needed.
▷ Proactively identify and address pain points to exceed expectations.
▷ Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs.
▷ Guide users through product features and workflows effectively.
▷ Address complaints empathetically and document them for improvements.
▷ Collaborate with CSMs to track and report metrics on retention, upsells, and growth.
▷ Share regular updates on customer satisfaction and revenue-impacting activities.
▷ Excellent communication and writing skills
