What You'll Be Doing Helping customers achieve their goals – Understand their business needs, track key metrics, and offer insights that drive results.
Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities – Proactively find ways customers can maximize Saleshandy, upgrade their plans, or use additional features to grow their business.
Working closely with key accounts – Build relationships with high-potential customers and help scale their outbound efforts.
Creating impact-driven content – Develop webinars, tutorials, and guides that educate and support our users.
Providing fast, effective support – Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and escalate complex cases when needed.
Tracking customer success metrics – Measure retention, engagement, and upsell success to improve our strategies.
Collaborating across teams – Work with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Product teams to refine our approach and ensure customer satisfaction.
