Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Executive to lead our customer acquisition efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and leading high-performing teams.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team responsible for acquiring SME, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises to join our platform as paid members
  • Develop and execute an annual operating plan for customers, revenue, and cost of operations
  • Minimize investment by managing the cost of acquisition (COCA)
  • Design and execute customer engagement processes to ensure clients are actively engaged with our platform
  • Hire, train, and retain a team of people to meet and advise customers on their digital business promotion strategy and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Design product and pricing strategies to acquire more customers
  • Ensure proper customer onboarding by establishing strong cross-functional connections with stakeholders to ease employee and supplier lifecycles
  • Develop performance metrics, incentive structures, sales promotion schemes, and monitor key parameters to increase overall productivity of the client servicing team
