🚀 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Industrial Connectivity Specialist to lead the implementation, monitoring, and delivery of telecommunication and IoT connectivity services for our internal clients. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and committed professional who can ensure reliable industrial communication systems while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in telecommunications, IoT, and mobile technologies, with fluency in English and a passion for continuous improvement. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems and industrial connectivity solutions. Collaborate with internal clients to understand connectivity needs and deliver customized solutions. Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and data protection regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for service delivery. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and project status to management. Stay updated on the latest advancements in telecommunications, IoT, and mobile network technologies.  🎓 Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in IoT, MPN (Mobile Private Network) or similar domains are highly desirable. Strong understanding of IT systems, network security, and data protection principles. Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions is an advantage. Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize telecom and IoT systems.  🧠 Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge of: IoT, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, Private APN, 4G/5G/CBRS Networks, Geofencing, and Network Infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities — able to collaborate across departments. Proficiency in telecommunications management software and tools. Demonstrated result orientation, accountability, and team spirit.  🚀 Why Join Us Be part of a technology-driven transformation in industrial connectivity. Collaborate with global experts and cutting-edge IoT platforms. Opportunity to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and multicultural environment.
