Role Overview
We are looking for a founding team member to lead the Omni-Channel & D2C Business for FunVille’s new consumer product line. This is not just a job — it’s a chance to co-create a brand from Day Zero.
You will own everything from strategy to execution across product development, brand positioning, e-commerce, offline retail, supply chain, and customer experience. If you’ve built and scaled D2C brands and want to create a big impact, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
• Build and own the end-to-end omni-channel business: toys, children’s lifestyle, and related categories.
• Define brand positioning, category strategy, and roadmap to become a household name.
• Work directly with the founders to shape FunVille’s consumer brand journey.
E-Commerce & D2C
• Set up and scale online platforms (Shopify/WordPress, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Kids, FirstCry, etc.).
• Drive performance marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Build robust customer acquisition and retention funnels.
Offline Retail & Distribution
• Scale FunVille outlets as product retail touchpoints.
• Identify distributors, modern trade, and toy store networks for offline expansion.
• Design retail display, packaging, and in-store experience aligned with brand.
Product & Supply Chain
• Collaborate with suppliers/manufacturers to create innovative, safe, and high-demand toy lines.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain: sourcing, quality control, inventory planning, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Build tech-enabled backend systems (ERP, CRM, OMS, WMS).
Team & Culture
• Build and lead a lean, high-performing team across marketing, operations, and design.
• Foster a culture of innovation, speed, and customer obsession.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience (5–10+ years) in scaling D2C brands (toys, kids, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer products).
• Strong understanding of omni-channel play — both online & offline retail.
• Hands-on expertise in Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, OMS/ERP systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Hustler + builder mindset — able to set up from scratch, move fast, and scale smart.
• Ability to balance brand building + growth hacking.
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial DNA; prior startup/early-stage experience preferred.
