Head of Sales – CSD & Institutional Market | Liquor Industry Job Profile We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our CSD (Canteen Stores Department) and institutional liquor sales across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, in-depth knowledge of CSD regulations, supply chain, and procurement processes, and a proven track record of achieving high-volume sales in the liquor segment. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, building relationships with key defence and institutional clients, and ensuring seamless execution of all sales initiatives in the CSD channel. Key Responsibilities ·       Lead and manage CSD and institutional liquor sales across multiple regions in India. ·       Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting defence canteens, government institutions, and allied markets. ·       Build and maintain strong relationships with CSD authorities, distributors, and key stakeholders. ·       Ensure compliance with CSD policies, excise regulations, and liquor distribution norms. ·       Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with CSD units and institutional buyers. ·       Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting CSD liquor sales. ·       Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. ·       Build and lead a high-performing CSD sales team, providing training, targets, and performance monitoring. ·       Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Skills and Qualification ·       Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). ·       10–18 years of experience in CSD or institutional liquor sales in India. ·       Strong knowledge of CSD procurement processes, excise rules, and defence supply chain. ·       Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage high-value institutional accounts. ·       Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. ·       Well-networked with CSD officials, distributors, and channel partners.
