As Industrial Support Engineer is the face of the company, responsible for providing Support to

Sales Team (Channel) with Pre Sales & Post Sales Technical Support, Customer facing Events &

Product/Application Skill upkeep of Channel Sales Teams in the given territory. Also gathering Competition

information from various channels and providing required comparisons to Channels to WIN

The responsibilities includes Inducting Channels & working closely with Channels of the Region. Build

relationship with Electrical Channel at Large in the Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Build & manage strong industrial channel relationships

Customer site product demonstrations

Pre-sales & post-sales technical support

Lead generation via events & demos

Product installations & application-based marketing

White paper specifications & competitive comparisons

Technical query handling

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of Electrical / Instrumentation

Testing & Maintenance experience (2–4 years)

Excellent communication & coordination

Analytical thinking & problem-solving

Proactive relationship building

Experience Level –

Diploma/Bachelors in Instrumentation or Electrical – 2-4 years Testing/Maintenance experience is must.

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in field of Electrical/Instrumentation engineering is must.
