Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, presenting our solutions to potential clients, and assisting with the pre-sale and post-sale process. Daily tasks include performing product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, providing input for product development, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue goals. The role requires regular interaction with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution of any technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and understanding customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical testing and regulatory requirements is a plus
